Precise fat removal for facial and body contour refinement
Small-volume liposuction (particularly submental — under the chin — and lower face/jowl) can dramatically improve facial contour by removing localized fat deposits that undermine jawline definition and profile aesthetics.
How it works
Tumescent liposuction involves infiltrating the target area with a dilute local anesthetic solution (tumescent fluid) that swells the fat compartment and provides analgesia and vasoconstriction. A thin cannula connected to a vacuum is then inserted through tiny incisions and moved in a fan pattern to aspirate fat cells. Modern small-bore cannulas allow very precise contouring. The removed fat cells do not regenerate — results are permanent, though remaining fat cells can still enlarge with weight gain. For facial contouring (chin/jowl/neck), results are dramatic and permanent.
What to expect
Performed under local anesthesia (sedation available). Small incision sites close without sutures. A compression garment is worn for 2–4 weeks post-procedure.
Downtime and aftercare
Moderate. Significant swelling and bruising for 1–2 weeks. Compression garment for 2–4 weeks. Normal activities in 5–7 days. Final result at 3–6 months.
Results
Dramatic, permanent improvement in contour at the treated area. Jawline definition and submental fullness are among the most transformative aesthetic improvements possible.
Ideal for
Submental fullness (double chin), jowls, localized fat deposits resistant to weight loss
